WEBCHARTS ON HOW TO PRESERVE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
An activity based on the theme “Making webcharts on how to preserve fruits and veggies for a long time”  was conducted in the school. Students participated in this activity excitedly. They learnt how to preserve fruits and vegetables for a long time. It also made the students aware about the nutritional values of different kinds of fruits and vegetables.

BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF ART
An activity based on the theme “Making beautiful piece of art with pulses”  was conducted in the school. Students participated in this activity with great enthusiasm and vigour. They got to learn about the aesthetic sense of food apart from the health benefits related to it. The students chased their level of creativity and came out with beautiful art pieces. It also made the students aware about the nutritional values of different kinds of pulses.

MAKE FOOD A PEDAGOGICAL TOOL
Our school organised an activity “Make food a pedagogical tool” in which students prepared a diet chart for themselves which is appropriate to their age. The students learnt the nutritional needs of their body and what all is healthy for them to eat. Students got motivated to lead a healthy life. Students enjoyed doing this activity a lot.

EAT FORTIFIED FOOD
The students of our school participated in an activity “Eat fortified food” in which students got to know the importance of eating healthy food and all the health benefits related to it. The students also  learnt the importance of hygiene and sanitation. Students promised themselves from now onwards they will always wash their hands properly before consuming anything.
